haha, yea last time when my parents could not afford computer or toys the brought me to fun world! haha Spend $10 once per week made me happy

sometimes just by carrying the box around in the departmental makes u feel good liao.....my parents always say go "kan4 (see) wan2 Ju4 (toys)...." becoz we are not that well-off. Only when bonus will my father spurlge more on our toys (tat's why we look forward to July and Dec always).
During sec sch, after compulsory swimming lesson me and my fren would go eat fillet o fish at macdonlads. After tat we go NTUC see toys also. My fren always buy something on each trip (those die cast metal marvel figures).
Those were the days. -

i miss the old days when u can find $10 action figurines at emporium......especially lurve the double dragons onez....

when i was a kid, whenever i was at the toy stores and wanted to buy toys i liked, my parents won't want to buy for me. well, not that they are poor they cannot afford it, it's just that some toys back then are too expensive. a transformer can cost from $20 to $50. i understand how they feel. they scare a kid like me won't treasure the toy and abandon it after a while.
now that i have grown up and have income of my own. i can afford to buy the toys from my childhood. there are lots of ways to buy old toys. from online auction sites or at china square central on sunday.
