i shall start 1st. my creative zen neeon hang easily n wats worse is once its hang,u cant turn it off or restart it.
as e memory gets more occupied,it hangs more easily.
hav 2 wait till battery finish,then recharge again.

dun be surprised if those discs are actually manufactured by those same el cheapo disc manufacturer.Most of the discs on the market are actually manufactured by a few major company only (these TDK,Sony etc company subcontract out),and different variety of same brand disc can be manufactured by different companies.Most of these companies also manufacture those el cheapo no brand discs.A major example is CMC Magnetics Corp (made in taiwan) which actually manufacture a sizable proportion of disc on the market for various companies and also el cheapo disc.The general comment is that disc made by this company is of low to average quality.Another company Taiyo Yuden Company Limited (japan made disc) also make disc for a few companies but is consider one of the best in the market (there is this certain mark on the disc to show it is manufactured by this company).Originally posted by alexkusu:TDK XTREME Cdr discs with tribal designs. 50cd pack

I am not sure what burning software are u using,but if you are using Nero,there is an sub program installed too when you install the main program to check which disk manufacturer actually made the disk.Using such program to check on a disc will reveal an example of such a list to you.

That is why even if you call up TDK for example,they will not actually know what is wrong since they may not be the one who actually made the disc.

The thing is..the normal TDK cds work fine.. oni this TDK tribal designs ones is crap. ( i upload pic wen i find those discs).
Such crap.. I paid a premium for those discs n get crap products. Even 'house' branded discs at about 60% of the TDK price works well... no complaints.

E-Blue CD-R stated 805mb on e cd itself. but when read on e cpu,its actual capacity is oni 700mb.
