deep cuts??

I fell near the road today and got myself some cuts. Attempts to stop bleeding failed.
When I thought the bleeding had stopped, five minutes later it is bleeding again. I noticed something white (like a string, but much more shorter and refused to break when I pulled it) coming out from that cut.
The next bruise, got a hole in it. Like you drilled a hole to put a nail into it, but mine isn't that deep until can put a nail. The flesh around the cut is white, like after someone peeled a hard boiled egg.
The last cut, isn't that serious, but there is one straight line which the dirt collects. That straight line is pretty deep, I tried cleaning it but it's still dirty. Any ways to clean it?
Last question: need to see a doctor for my case? I've just plastered the hole up, to prevent infections.

Ofcourse you have to see the doc! Have you been vaccinated against tetanus?
There are special disinfection solutions for wounds, some people use alcohol.
You must see a doc, he/she can clean your wounds properly, sew them up and give you the tetanus shot when needed.
From you description the cuts seem to be serious, please visit the doc as soon as possible. -

Near my home got 24-hour clinic. But they charge damn expensive at this time, and some more I don't have enough money. Plus this minor surgery... don't know how much to cough up this time. Last time I stitched my head I never go school for god knows how many days. Because it is too painful, plus need to apply medication on the head, so cannot go school. If this one need stitches also, definitely have to take MC liao. I cannot tahan pain after a certain level is reached. -

lucky you didn't fall from a great height though haha. has the bleeding stopped?? if alot fo blood or dun stop after relaly long time dun delay le hor. -

That one is lucky. If fall from great height, got more than this. Probably in a hospital now rather than sitting here and wait for day to break.
If it becomes worse, I will call my parents up, no matter what. And let them see the hole. If not, they will think it's nothing.

u c the white flesh is juz bcoz ur skin was badly abraded. if i'm nt wrong it looked white initially...after a while u c blood seeping out like pores on ur skin....den soon the whole part is covered wif blood...
dun worry much...juz wash it n keep it clean....
cover it when u out...air it when u r hm...if u cover it up all day long...it gets really wet n sticky...takes a longer time to heal... -

No more bleeding already, only that it is infected now. And I didn't realize till I opened up the dressing...
Now on antibiotics. Feeling very fine though. No idea why. Maybe my immune system isn't coming down yet. -

Wah the white part i also tink its an abrasion ... but it must be quite deep imho, the nerves are gone , can't feel pain

b4 u wanna cut anything....fyi...tendons n ligaments will nt grow back like skin or nails if it snap or cut... -
