  Eye drops help. My cousin did a lasik and always have eye drops with her.

  There are eye drops which are meant as the "artificial" tears. Their consist Hydroxypropylmethylcellulosum and are meant for treatment of dry eyes.

  Agree...there are various types for different severity. Your ophthalmologist will be able to assist you in selecting the most suitable one.
