  Is it possible to suffer from GALK, GALT and GALE deficiency all at once? What is the genetic basis for this?

  yeah, but that's only for Classic Galactosemia and Duarte variant. What I want to know if it is possible to get all three deficiencies at the same time or just one at a time. And if it is possible to get all three at once, does this mean that I have to use dihybrid Punett square or even trihybrid?
