anyway evacuation in skin means a wound actaully i really dunno -
Take a look at this picture... do you see the red dark spot in the middle of the picture? That is your yellow spot... there is where fovea centralis lies and the macula lutea is around it.
The yellow colored bigger circle towards the left (reflecting the light from the fundoscope) is your blind spot. Images falling into that area cannot be seen at all.. Optic nerve traverses in side and the blood vessels originates from there as well, as it is the sole point of entry for them...
