I am oval shaped
Some say I am rounded
Some say I resemble the letter O
Clinically, I am divided into three areas
Anatomically, I am said to have 5 lobes
I donno what function I play
But stirs trouble to the elderly
I know however that if I am taken out
You'd not reach a satisfactory manhood
What am I?
