Hisoka nearly got it right... in infection, the body needs to generate enough heat to hasten (catalyst) the inflammatory chemicals and cells (cytokines and white cells) to do it's job by eliminating the invasive antigen.

I don't find these mysteries mysteries as they are based on reflexes and other reaction of the body.
I thought I find here cases like this one which happened in the USA:
A young guy, maybe 16 years old, don't remember, lost half of his brain, I think the right one, not sure. Someone shot it away. He survived and except of a light hemiparesis is alive and kicking and studying at a university. Even his character and cognitive and mental abilities weren't affected. -

I think you are referring to the kid who was shot by a shotgun by his own employer (a shopkeeper). I seen the footage and the discovery after too... A person can live happily with half a brain...

Poop, fart and urine are maintained at body temperature, so when you pass them out, it comes into contact with the body outside (the skin) and hence you will feel the temperature difference.
For guys, after coming out from cinema, going to pee in a urinal, they will find it warm... -

take note that ethanol is highly soluble in water and is absorbed much less in fat. so, compared to a thin man, the alcohol the fat man drank was spread into a smaller water "space."
