Hair follicles

  This morning I was having breakfast at a hawker centre with a few friends. I was just talking about genital warts and the stuff i learnt from http://www.sgforums.com/?action=thread_display&thread_id=163594
  
  Then my friend interrupted and said that when he hit puberty there were genital-wart-like lumps growing on the underside of his penis. That scared the sh!t outta him. His father brought him to the doctor but the doctor said it was hair follicles.
  
  can anyone pls confirm?
  sounds quite suspicious you know....
  from one look he could know the difference.

  I'm sure the doctor must have examined and seen it... there are plenty of characteristics a doctor will have to define before coming to a diagnosis. Not all lumps are the same, each have their own characteristics...

  Well, I have never examined someone's penis on hair follicles, so I can't tell if those were hair follicles or warts.
  But if he has no genital warts now, then it were the hair follicles.
