The problem arise only when you feel that it is causing you trouble in terms of pain, vision problem, bleeding or severe headache and stiffness of the neck.
You should not maintain your neck in a single position all the time, otherwise, stiff neck will definitely happen... the muscles need to exercise as well... so I suggest that you do some neck exercise after keeping your head still for a few hours in front of the comp...Originally posted by borntolive:hmmm i have occasional stiff neck lolz
