-whenever u feel uncomfortable, (when e symtomps suddenly comes back), jus tell urself to let the bodily sensation to pass. things will b better in a while's time.
-tell urself that although e feelings are not pleseant, you can handle this
-if you are not able to come up with a decision, pls do not panic. can always tell urself or e person to come back to u later, while u settle ur thoughts and feeling properly before make desicions or giving answers.

I was checkin my files for what reno said.. werid..the closest i can get was either under 'PHENYLETHYLAMINE' or "4-METHOXYPHENYLETHYLAMINE

I don't think they will talk about the compound... it's quite long... you should try the trade name instead... i was lookin thru my chem book.. so i guess it wont have the trade name of ecstasy.. it does have MDA compounds.
