Ok ask you another questionOriginally posted by renorenal:The normal urine color is straw color...
You can't say that if it is colorless, it is high in protein as it is hard to say it that way... you need to see if there are a lot of bubbles...
But still the best way is to use a Urine Dipstix Test to check for proteinuria (the normal human being excrete less than 150mg/day of protein)...
Anything more than that is considered abnormal, but there are exceptions especially during a fever, sepsis or dehydration or after exercising...
If there are problems in your kidneys, your urine may either be bloody or there may be casts or sandy urine present...
I think this is rather normal for everyone... once after ejaculation (okay, I now know your gender) the sympathetic (fight or flight response of the autonomic or automatic nervous system) effects will be triggered leading to a contraction of the prostate gland which shuts off your bladder exit door (the prostate gland is located at the neck of your bladder, which leads to the outlet).Originally posted by gorby107:Ok ask you another question
Why I after ejectulate
I will keep on go to toilet and piss???
I am quite worried about it
Think I should go for exercise as I do not do it often
I need some help here too

Oh no wonderOriginally posted by renorenal:I think this is rather normal for everyone... once after ejaculation (okay, I now know your gender) the sympathetic (fight or flight response of the autonomic or automatic nervous system) effects will be triggered leading to a contraction of the prostate gland which shuts off your bladder exit door (the prostate gland is located at the neck of your bladder, which leads to the outlet).
You will feel the urge to urinate more as the autonomous system around the genital parts will be triggered as well leading to spasm of not only your tubes (which leads the sperm or semen out) but also to the organs lying nearby - the prostate gland that the bladder. When this happens, you will feel the urge to urinate, but because of the prostate gland temporarily blocking the outlet of the bladder, your urine amount will be minimal, and you will keep on feeling the urge to pass all the remaining ones (in other terms, it becomes hypersensitive)
Our body requires a balance in everything... too excessive or too minimal on something will cause an imbalance to our body and lead to general discomfort... besides, who can totally forget about sweet foods unless you are really having a great amount of self controlOriginally posted by gorby107:So should stop I eating on sweet stuffs and eating less rice????
Eat more healthy stuff(Organic)???

Reducing your intake would be the right way, leaving to a decision whereby you can still take sugary stuffs, but not too much. 2 blocks of sugar instead of 5 blocks into your cup of coffee, take less rice (since rice contains a lot of carbo which increases your weight substantially), drink less of those gassy drinks, take less keropoks (salty foods) and oh well, there are actually a lot more... but you get what I mean...
Organic stuffs, healthy stuffs such as fibers, vegetables, oatmeals, fruits and supplements are good recommendations...
Avoid buffets or the so called binges where your friends might go as a group to "hantam" all the foods at once and see who can eat the most or any eat all you can or want delicacies program...Originally posted by gorby107:Ok I will consider that than

Eating in rather than eating out will help you improve your health because you can control what you eat. Nowadays with so many established fast food outlets, it is actually hard to keep to a strict diet (and this has become a main cause for obesity and its implications worldwide)...
Alright... see you then...
