I think you must have grown out of your heart murmur...You open a thread everywhere, then I post everywhere.
Did your doctor mentioned anything about fluid overload or big heart in your files or records?
If it is not, then I presume that your racing heart beat should not be due to your cardiac past history...

You probably have a condition called General Anxiety Disorder...
I shall let alfagal talk to you about this condition first and see if you agree you have the condition mentioned...
REFERRAL TO ALFAGAL
This patient presented with tension headache and palpitations associated with poor concentration, restlessness, profuse sweating, diarrhoea and poor sleep.
He has been self medicating with Panadol for his headache but to no response. He also has a history of cardiac murmur and bronchial asthma when he was young but has resolved now.
Sought follow-up with cardiologist up to 15 years of age. I ruled out the possibility of a cardiac and respiratory origin of his palpitations and am thinking of the possibility of General Anxiety Disorder.
I shall give you a brief clinical description, but alfagal will tell you more about it...Originally posted by ndmmxiaomayi:What is General Anxiety Disorder?

LOL, never worry too much about physical appearance. Worry more about health because got asthma and heart murmur. Physical appearance heck care. Got people shorter than me also don't care, I don't need to care so much.Originally posted by alexkusu:btw ndmmxiaomayi, I think u worry too much excessively that its affecting your health. You overdo things sometimes..did you know that?. You shouldnt worry too much about your physical appearance. This can cause GAD.

Nope, but tend to be perfectionist. I think this causes stress which leads to GAD.Originally posted by alexkusu:Do you come face to face or live in highly stresful situations?

Definition: General Anxiety Disorder (GAD) is characterized by persistent high levels of anxiety and excessive worry over many life circumstancesOriginally posted by ndmmxiaomayi:What is General Anxiety Disorder?
I never exercise beyond my limit. Tired will rest. Afraid if go over limit, will trigger asthma. I got friends who have asthma, exercise over limit, then asthma attack.Originally posted by alexkusu:exercise more than normal?
can u cope or not?
Seemingly, the rising trend of stressful environment that we live in seems to creep into our lives and we tend to be more competitive than what we should be. When conditions do not allow for us to achieve better than others or better than what we want to achieve, we tend to worry and a conflict between our ego and our actions come into play.Originally posted by ndmmxiaomayi:Nope, but tend to be perfectionist. Need to learn to be imperfect.
