Campus Cruise Control :
A NUS Motoring Club-Traffic Police Road Safety Carnival 2007Do your hands shiver when you see a flash of red and blue in your rear-view mirror? Does your heart want to downshift and get away from you in a flash of lightning when you see that helmeted guy tapping on your window?
If you have experienced fear , trepidation and the feeling of your driving license being liberated, you need to seek out the truth and lay your fears to rest.
The NUS Motoring Club are proud to present our partners in responsible driving; the Traffic Police, to jump-start our annual Campus Road Safety Campaign.
Drop by and take a look inside the much vaunted Traffic Police vehicles like the Subaru WRX Expressway Patrol cars and their patrol bikes. There will be air-bag simulators and more exciting gadgets to whet your appetite at our Interactive Zone! Information on safe driving will be readily available, and our friendly highway patrolmen will be more than eager to dispel your lingering doubts.
Also, if you have ever wondered what it would be like to be a Traffic Police Officer or are just curious about what they are up and about everyday, come down and have a chat with them!
WeÂ’ve heard some tasty rumours of a few Minis sneaking around the place as well, so please kindly join us!
To find out more, exercise those skills you have watched on CSI™ every week and check out our Carnival for yourself!
