Just made a booking there and then realised that breakfast is not included. It was clearly written "Price includes breakfast" near the payment section.
Apparently, this is not the first complaint about them based on my research. What a pity considering that my first booking with them a few months ago was smooth.
1) Any areas which I can bring a legal complaint against them?
2) Can they charge me a second time? (And I end up paying double or even triple)
Their customer service is a disservice, so don't bother asking me to contact them lol. Tks for all helpful advice.

They've replied me and said they will include the breakfast. This after I sent them the print screen haha. Imagine if I had no evidence, I don't think they'd have entertained me. Just be careful when you book hotels thru such agents online. Make sure breakfast is included if you're thinking of that. Sometimes, no mention is made of whether breakfast is included and to realise that it is not included after booking, it might very well give you an unpleasant shock.
