  mine allowed 10-20%.
  
  i submitted my essay.. got 0% made me sceptical..cos i copied heaps from book sources

  ooo peeps.. a good search engine besides uni database is scholar.google.com
  
  all from academic sources like journals, books, etc.
  
  i normally use this as a starting point for my academic research
