ok la.....my dad bought it from a wholesale company called Frassler, along Woodland Terrace (u have to drive there...quite hard to find, it is behind 3M building....among some other food factories) ....just ask the worker there then he will bring u to a BIG freezer "cold room" just beside the entrance..... 1 Kg of salmon belly is for $10 (the one i ate)..... A whole Salmon fish cost $8 per kg.....size of it is abt 3kg.... they will cut for u.....u can ask for free Salmon fish head if u wanna....
they have alot of other products there too....
help me enter this entry in Food forum also....then invite them to come NETD ! -
