Overwork underpaid ? anyone ?

Seriously anyone here sharing the same woes of Overwork underpaid ?
Or
Underpaid with large work scope ?
How do you people cope or any advices ?

I'm one of them. I'm a senior technician actually but still drawing the salary of a normal technician. I am under pay by at least S$600. So whenever I got the chance, I'll eat snake and take a nap after lunch till 2pm.

Normal now as we are getting so expensive and everything is starting to outsource... -

i given up secretary position for admin post. but when i joined the company rudely found out my company is so cheapskate to hire me as admin asst for the scope of secretary.
Which means i am underpaid by abt half rate or more.
i felt damn sore abt it. and dnt really feel gd.
sick world. cheapskate for such a big company to pay such dirty tricks.

it is common nowadays. companies make full use of the opportunity to exploit workers. they'll tell you "take it or leave it."

dnt noe.. i am torn apart, coz i like the work area as my boss usually nt in office but do give lots of hell by phone calls. still able to take it.
plus its a 5days job with long working hrs from 8.47am to 6.15pm. (after calculate notice company added the sat 1/2 day hours into normal days)
i am consider lucky the other dept guys even worse treatment compare.
Can u imagine a single piece of arts need 3 diff people approval before printing ? and each of the 3 people give diff ideas, the poor guys need to amend the art works minimum of 3times per person.
They are even more stress up. No wonder those deco of company sucks compared to other company. -

i have worked for more than 15 years. maybe it is my luck, i have hardly seen someone promoted because of their ability. most of the time it is because the boss like you.
