  i know what is that.. i think its an solar plant which fip flap by the leaf ..

  orh this one... i saw at a gift shop in junction 8. 3rd or 4th storey. it is placed juz at the entrance of the shop
  
  if i am not wrong, the leaves move in flip flap motion in response to sunlight. the more light there is, the faster it moves.
