Advice needed : Upgrading of Qualifications

Thinking of upgrading my London Diploma..
But really clueless on which institute / Uni and program to chose ?
My interest are those in Business, so would prefer some Business Degree.
Which private institute / Uni would you chose ?
Any recommend ?
SIC has offer me their program in Business Degree
but i am still looking and chosing..

Why are certificates of private institutes not recognised when govt emphasises skills upgrading?
The government is encouraging people to upgrade their skills or studies. With so many private institutions offering diploma and degree courses, I wonder whether these certificates are recognised by the private sector, statutory boards and the government.
Currently the place where I work does not recognise the certificates provided by these private institutions. It only recognises the certificates issued by the local polytechnics and universities.
There are people with vast working experience and who upgrade themselves through these private institutions but their qualifications are not recognised.
Isn't it a contradiction that while the government encourages people to take up upgrading courses, these qualifications are not being recognised.
How would we, who spent time and money in attaining the certificates from these private institutions, gain confidence? Even if we do, how would we know which institution's certificate will be recognised?

2)What is the Examination Board?
3)How long ago was it?
4)How is your Result?
5)What is your current job? Post? Related majors?
Apart from that, i need to know your needs as well.

6)What are your working aims? Eg.Working towards Marketing/HRM
(To understand which modules and degree you're more suitable to)
7)What are your majors in your diploma? (Results are better?)
(So as to prepare yourself for the use of your talent in your degree)
8.)Where do you live? Do you mind travelling? Where is more convenient for u?
(I understand that travelling is tired)
9)Do you mind whether the school is well-known? Big Schools?
10)Do you mind of the course is cheap or expensive?
11)Must the Degree be the very prestigious? 5/4/3 stars?
12)Any preference for UK/AUS/US/IRELAND/CANADA/INDIA Degrees?

I think that's probably the few question i can think up of now.
Please provide me with the most accurate information so that i can try my best to recommend/suggest you the course that i believe is suiting to your needs. -
