Do Jap or Korean made a good boss ?

which do you prefer, a jap or korean boss to work with ?
Heard lots of negative etc... abt jap and korean boss..

Well, I've work for a temp job as a stocktaker in a Japanese store before just for a few days.
But, Japs are really damn demanding workaholics, they demand the best from you, or else you're fired.
They really "squeeze you dry". Their regimentation is worst than NS.
I remember having to KNEEL stocktaking off some shelves' stuff for bloody hours. I'll be reprimanded if I ever squat down. I can understand their work culture but all the stocktaking is done behind close doors! No customers is inside the store.
But if you done a good job, they'll definitely praise you lah. -

somehow they only give me the idea jap or korean boss very 'lust' haaa...
