Chuang Yi Publishing Closed Down?

Today I just went to popular bookfest 2013 at Suntec City since it is last day, while I go to the chinese section to browse the manga shelf and asked one of the popular staff why some of the manga on the shelves are "out-dated" volume, then he told me that Chuang Yi Publishing had already being closed down and right now it is considered an "clearance" sales. Imagine the shock I have when I heard that!
For those manga fans is this really the case? And if there are new chinese simpified version manga publishers in Singapore? Otherwise we might have to read english version manga which might be expensive and quite long waiting time!
