is it weird to cry while watching an anime?

  well is it? i recently watched this anime called naruto and this guy who appears to be the mentor of naruto died. He has white long ponytail hair and have frog powers. Well he died and its really touching, i didn't really cry just let out a few tears coming out T-T. Hahaha. Cry over drama is understandable but anime, dont u guys think its awkward? >_<

  Well, people cry over TV series, movies and even novels, so there is nothing wrong with crying over animes.

  In fact, there are a good number of animes out there which will leave you in crying your eyes out when you finish them.

  try watching the whole bloody Rurouni Kenshin series then watch the OVA Reflection..

  I play lufia 2 the ending I cry.

  I read manga and watch anime also cry . I see korean drama also cry. Hong Kong drama too japanese drama too.

  I think is normal.

  Reflection feel like it focus more on the love story than the fighting.

  A lot of love story animes are sad, think about Paradise kiss, kimi ga nozomu eien...

  Even those fighting animes such as gurren lagann will make you cry at the couples being "force to be apart".
