  the email i wrote is in english, no reason why they would reply me in chinese. furthermore i don't think their chinese standard is so good enough to type e-mails in chinese.

  Also, try getting memberships if planning to buy taiwan comics. cos the discount will minimize the difference in prices. (for eg kino or comic connections)
