Well, Singnet keeps track of how much you downloaded every month. So, I dun feel it surprising if that includes what you downloaded.
What I find surprising is how ODEX gets that info, assuming they got it from Singnet...

ODEX cannot forbid you to discuss your case with anyone unless they have a court-issued gag order, and you must personally be seen to have been served this gag order through the various official means, usually through your lawyer if you have one, and it will take the form of an injunction or a court order.
Furthermore, you are legally allowed to seek legal advice. Do not fall into their "scare tactics" trap and simply let them walk over you. -

Odex could supply SingTel with the names of popular anime titles. It would then be exceedingly easy for Singtel to write a basic query to perform a pattern match of these names against the PTP packet filenames contained in their network traffic logs.
So much for data privacy in Singapore. -

a simple example will be, one walks past a apple tree and pluck an apple from the tree. then suddenly, a person came up and points to a sign that says "Do not pluck the apples from the tree".
the person is not the owner of the tree but is a caretaker, someone appointed to look after the tree. he accused u of stealing and demanded u to listen to everything he says, first being giving him a huge sum of money so that he does not tell the owner of the tree. he also scares u with all the thing he will do to u if u do not comply with his demands.
now think about this, yes the one who took the apple is wrong but do anyone here thinks he should be treated this way? by treats and extortion? -
