Great Teacher Onizuka (GTO)

I've the complete comic book series. And after selling off many comic books I've collected, I decided GTO was good enough to keep.
I've watched the anime also. But the anime left out a lot of side talks/whispers that are in the comic book.
It's a 5/5 comic book series for anyone looking to collect. -

btw is chapter 200 the last chapter? as in the ending?

hey, the anime ended at 43, and which chapter is that for the manga?

also i dun get one part, at the last episode, they showed a period of after 2 months after the scene where onizuka ran away from the cops.. where exactly did he go and what was the ending of the case of saito sensei?
then they just show that he went to california, which doesn't really explain it..

the anime ended halfway into the manga. therefore the ending is different from the manga. reasons are unknown as to why they suddenly ended the series. maybe its because when the anime is released, the manga was only half way completed. therefore instead of doing fillers, they just ended it.

The okinawa trip manga ver was better in content compared to the anime. -

wah lao the manga ended without any real proper ending leh.. the sch getting ready for onizuka's return, he still in hospital.. den the rs between him and fuyutsuki never develop one..
