she looks like she's got a huge head coz it's a bald cap...
it's Oscars fodder...
you play a person with a horrible disease, handicapped person, retarded person... or you go bald or do something that makes you look horrible... you'll probably get a nomination no matter how lousy the movie is

A new trend has appeared to have hit Tinseltown – with more female celebs shaving their heads in the name of art than ever before.
Cameron Diaz is the latest actress to try out the bald look for her new movie My Sister's Keeper – but her blonde locks are safely tucked underneath a flesh-coloured cap, just like Dan Aykroyd and Jane Curtin in Coneheads.
In the film Diaz is playing the mum of a girl who has cancer and shaves off her own hair to show her support. Her daughter is played by Sofia Vassilieva.
Diaz follows in the footsteps of Demi Moore, who shaved her head for G.I Jane; Sigourney Weaver for Alien 3; Natalie Portman, who got the clippers out for V For Vendetta; Persis Khambatta for Star Trek: The Motion Picture; and Samantha Morton for Minority Report.
The head-shaving ritual is also given a nod in TV culture with Kim Cattrall losing her blonde hair in Sex & The City and Felicity Huffman losing her hair in Desperate Housewives.
i salute her!
