  Race start: 1500HRS SIN

  We're in Shanghai for the penultimate round of the world championship. The circuit is technically demanding with a mixture of slow and medium-speed corners, but not a great degree of elevation change. Good traction out of the banked turn 13 is required to avoid getting overtaken on the 1.2km back straight, where most of the overtaking takes place.

  Race has been forcast once again for the weekend. We had a drying track during last year's race, which was most memorable for Lewis Hamilton beaching his car in the gravel trap after wearing out his intermediate tyres, thus taking the drivers' championship down to the wire. Hamilton goes into this race with a smaller lead, a 5-point gap to Felipe Massa and 12 points over Robert Kubica, after the dramatic events at Fuji.

  the 1 way to prevent this is for hamilton's team mate to take kimi out first....

  to make things easier, FIA shld just banned these 2 `supporting cast' drivers from competing so we can have another boring race just like this one.
