rotter? what ya mean? hahaOriginally posted by the Bear:schumacher?
well, for all his skill, he was an absolute rotter on the track, a danger to the drivers around him, and dirty as heck as a driver

haha you seem like an anti shumiOriginally posted by the Bear:oh.. and what was that stunt of parking his car on the track after getting pole position?
it endangered the rest of the drivers still out there!

chill chill
i see i see.Originally posted by the Bear:no.. i hate it when people idolise him just because he 'wins'
there is much more to life and sports than mere winning... look up the word 'sportsmanship'
for decorum and dignity, he scores damned low..
x2Originally posted by the Bear:again, i have to say that Damon Hill and Jacques Villeneuve will beg to differ about the 'glory' seeing he smashed Hill when it was clear that Hill passed him and was going to win the world championship because of that move... and then he tried the same stunt again on Villeneuve but was unsuccessful..
the guy was a danger to everyone around him.. mayhap because of that, people let him pass rather than get smashed...

Successful in winning championships? Or successful in crashing people out, such as Adelaide 1994 & Europe 1997 and creating controversy such as the two Austria-gates and Monaco 2006?Originally posted by sand king:but there has arguably been none as successful as super Michael Schumacher.
At least the espionage wasn't of Hamilton's own making. The trouble is, he doesn't have an edge over the other top drivers on the grid. He simply learns at an amazing speed. Whether he'll be able to improve further remains to be seen.Originally posted by jw5453:Hamilton will be you answer Mr Sand King. (provided that the Mclaren and Ferrari scandal is not true)
Very astute observation made there, Nick. I think Massa's got a point when he says that Hamilton's not really a rookie if you consider how he's been brought along all these years by McLaren.Originally posted by Kuali Baba:The trouble is, he doesn't have an edge over the other top drivers on the grid. i like him too.Originally posted by Bontakun:I liked Mika Hakkinnen (how to spell...) more than Michael Schumacher.
Hamilton hasn't yet had to battle his way through the midfield during a race since luck has been on his side. Also I'm doubt that he'll be able to regularly put an inferior car in a position to challenge for the points.Originally posted by Gedanken:Very astute observation made there, Nick. One thing that does remain to be seen is how well he learns from the drivers around him. Senna was good enough when he joined McLaren in 1988, but over the course of the year he picked up the better parts of Prost's driving and made his own driving even smoother.
