1. Clean prawn, dust with cornflour. Heat up wok with oil until boils, deep fry prawns until golden. Dish and drain, for later use.
2. Heat up wok, add in little oil, saute rest of the ingredients until fragrant. Return deep fried prawns to wok and pour in all seasoning, stir frisky until gravy is thicken. Serve.
