1 kg lean meat (bak tau)
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
3 tbsp dark soy sauce
3 tbsp honey
2 tbsp minced garlic
2 tbsp minced ginger
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp wine (optional)
Marinate the meat and put into the fridge for a few hours, or overnight. Yummy!!!
