Ingrdients

1) 1 kg medium size prawns peeled and devein.
*2) 4 large onions (cut)
*3)20 dried chillies soak and cut to small pieces ( u can add some fresh chilly to make it more pedas)
*4) 3 buahkras
*5) 1 piece balachan about 1/4 inch thick.
6) soak some assam( not too much) in about 1/2 cup of water.
Method
=====
1) Blend ingrediets 2,3,4 and 5 together to form a paste.
2) In a wok, put some oil fry the paste for about 3 mins or till paste looks abit dark,(do not fry till brown) using small fire
3) put in prawn and fry together with paste.
4) add assam juice and simmer till prawn cook. Add salt to taste
