Ingredients:
Wantan wrappers, thinly shredded
medium size prawns, leave tails intact
egg, lightly beaten
cornflour
salt and pepper to taste
Method:
1. Marinate cleaned prawns with salt and pepper for awhile.
2. Just b4 frying, coat each prawn with cornflour, lightly dip in egg, then loosely sprinkle with wanton shreds.
3. Fry prawns in heated oil in batches and cook until golden brown.
4. Serve when it's still hot, YUMMY & CRISPY!
Note: The fried prawns turn out to be much bigger! Good to serve visitors...
