Ingredients
1/2 cup reduced fat creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 egg
3 tblsps skim milk
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup mini semi sweet chocolate chips
Method:
Preheat oven to 375F. Combine peanut butter, sugar and brown sugar, mix well. Stir in egg and vanilla essence.
Add combined flour, baking soda and salt. Mix well until blended. Stir in chocolate chips.
Use a spoon or a scoop to drop cookies 2 inches apart onto baking sheet. Flatten slightly with back of spoon, dipped in granulated sugar (to prevent sticking). Bake 10-12 mins or until lightly browned. Cool cookies on wire rack for 3-5 mins.
Makes about 3 dozen cookies.
