125 g butter
150 g firmly packed brown sugar
2 eggs
80ml sour cream ( i use nestle cream in a can)
225g self raising flour
1/2 teaspoon bicarb
1 cup mashed banana
preheat oven to 160 deg c
grease cake tin
beat butter and sugar with electric mixer ntil light and fluffy
add eggs, sour cream, flour and soda, beat on low speed for one minute
stir in banana, pour mixture into cake tin
make for 45 mins or when cake is done
stand cake for 10 mins to cool
