1 big egg
1/2 cup fresh milk
2 tbsp granulated sugar
1. Mix sugar with 1 tbsp of boiling water. Blend well until sugar is dissolved.
2. Beat egg, add in fresh milk, beat well. Add in sugar solution & beat well. Pass thru' a sieve to get a smooth custard.
3. Pour egg custard in a bowl, cover with aluminium foil & steam for about 18-20 mins.
