1/2 chicken chopped into small pieces
Marinate the chix with 2tbsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp light soya sauce, a dash of pepper for about 1-2hrs.
Heat the sesame oil in wok then add in some ginger slices.
Fry ginger slices till fragrant.
Add in the chix & stirfry for awhile.
Pour in some water(not too much as chix will produce water too).
Cover the wok & let it boil for awhile(turn to small fire)
Add some soya sauce if u find it too bland.(i usually put dark soya sauce)
When the chix is thorougly cooked, drizzle 1tsp of sesame oil on top & stir.
