1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp lemon juice or white vinegar
1 tbsp wine
1 tsp grated fresh ginger
2 tbsp honey
1/4 tsp sesame oil
Combine all of above, and marinate approx 6-8 chicken wings ( so that marinade covers all of the wings) for a few hours.
Bake in oven for about 30 minutes or until tender.
