Salmon/cod steak (approx 200g)
3 tbsp terriyaki sauce
5 minced garlic
a dash of black pepper
a dash of paprika
little bit of sugar
1. Microwave garlic with 1 1/2 tbsp oil on High power for about 3 mins (ie until the garlic is brown), don't cover yah!
2. Place some fried garlic, oil, terriyaki sauce, pepper, paprika and sugar on top of the fish and cook on Medium high power for 3 1/2 mins uncovered also.
3. Garnish with the remaining garlic and Chinese parsley (if you like it).
