ingredients:
200 g diow miow(or one packet..from supermarket packing type)
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp cooking wine
1 tsp ginger strips or garlic(according to your taste)
Cooking method:
1. heat wok, add 1 tbsp cooking oil. When oil is 'smoking', add garlic/ginger.
2. Stir fry for 1 min, then add Diow Miow.
3. stir fry quickly for 1 min, then add all the other seasonings.
4. stir fry to mix for another 1 min.
5. Turn off heat and serve
