Ingredients
2 cobs of corn
150g chicken mince
2 gloves of garlic (pound or minced)
? tsp. pepper (adjust to taste; the English version of 'agak-agak'
? tsp. salt (adjust to taste)
2 eggs
Oil for frying
Method
1. Remove the corns from the cob by slicing with knife. You will get broken bits of corns; no need to get whole complete corn.
2. You may cut or pound the corns into finer bits in a mortar. (Not fine like paste but just break up the corns into smaller bits, maybe size of green/red beans)
3. Mix the minced garlic, pepper and salt to the corn and add in the chicken mince. Mix well.
4. Then, add in the 2 eggs and mix well. The consistency should be somewhat runny. Don't worry, the eggs will bind the mixture together during the frying.
5. Heat a frying pan with enough oil over low/medium fire. Spoon (with tablespoon) the mixture into the oil pan and fry both slides till slightly brown.
6. Can make about 12 patties. Bon appetit!
