Ingredients:
Salmon steak/fillet (1 piece, approx 200g)
2 1/2 tbsp terriyaki sauce
some mince garlic
a dash black pepper
a dash paprika (optional)
little sugar to taste
1. Fried garlic with oil for 3 mins on High.
2. Place salmon in cooking plate, add 1/2 of the garlic and 1 tbsp oil and the rest of ingredients. Cook on Medium-High for 3 1/2 mins (depending on the size of salmon). Do not cover the plate.
3. When it's ready, garnish with the balance of garlic. If u wish, u could add little Chinese parsley as garnishing. Done! Yummy.
This recipe is idiot proof.... easy, fast and nice. For a change, u may substitute salmon with other fish like cod fish, it taste good too.
