150g butter/margarine
150g icing sugar
3 egg yolks
2 egg white
425g shifted corn flour
20g milk powder (I used my children's milk powder)
Method:
1. Cream butter and icing sugar until light.
2. Beat in egg yolks one at a time.
3. Beat egg white separately until stiff.
4. Mix step (3) into creamed butter mixture.
5. Add in shifted corn flour and milk powder into step (4) and mix till well blended.
6. Use a star-shaped nozzle and pipe out a "S" shaped onto a greased baking tray (I find it very hard to make a nice S shaped - I even broke my plastic nozzle ), I ended up made the remaining dough into round shape and pressed them with a fork to have little pattern.
7. Bake in a preheated oven at 150 deg C for 13-15 minutes (till light golden in colour).
