Ingredients:
Base:
15pcs Digestive Biscuits (Crushed)
80g Butter (melt in microwave)
FIlling:
2x227g Kraft Philadelphia Cream Cheese
150g Caster Sugar
1 1/2 tblspn COrnflour
2 Eggs Lightly Beaten
250ml Paul's Thickened Cream
Method:
1. Combine biscuit crumbs and melted butter. Press into
a lined springform cake pan. Chill in the fridge for at least
half an hour.
2. Beat cream cheese and sugar till smooth at medium speed.
Add cornflour, eggs, cream and beat till combine. This will
take approx 4-5 minutes.
3. Pour mixture into the prepared cake pan and bake for 40-45
minutes (or even more depending on your oven) at 180 degrees.
When cooked, leave it to cool and place in fridge. Serve
chilled.
