240 gm of butter/margarine (room temperature ? I use 160 gm instead)
200 gm of castor sugar
1 tbsp of honey
4 eggs
50 gm of oats (I put in only abt 30 gm, not enough?.hee hee put more if u prefer)
200 gm of self-raising flour } divide into 3 parts to
150 ml of milk } be added alternately
Directions:
1. Mix the butter, castor sugar and honey in a mixer (slow speed) till creamy.
2. Then add in the eggs one by one till well ?mixed.
3. Then add in the oats.
4. Fold in the flour and milk alternately in 3 parts.
5. Pour into a 9? square tin, no need to grease with oil if non-stick type, and bake in pre-heated oven at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes.
6. Take out of oven and leave to cool.
