Ingredients A:
125g cream cheese (I use the round tube type)
95g fresh milk (UHT milk)
1/2 tbsp full cream milk powder (contribution from my kids' milk powder)
Ingredients B:
30g plain flour, 15g corn flour
Ingredients C:
50g unsalted butter, melted
2 egg yolks
Ingredients D:
2 egg whites, 50g caster sugar
Method:
1. Preheat oven at 150 deg C. Line 7" loaf cake pan.
2. Put all ingredients A into double-boiler, stir and cook till smooth. Remove from heat and pour into mixing bowl. Fold in B and add in C, mix till well combined. (I didn't use double boiler. Instead I did it in microwave oven - Low power, stir every 30 seconds till it smooths).
3. Whisk D until stiff and soft peak form, add in (2) and mix well. Pour mixture into cake pan.
4. Place cake pan on bigger tray and pour water into tray to about 1 inch height and bake in oven for 45 minutes or till cooked.
5. Chill in fridge b4 serve.
