Cake A
500g cream cheese (Philadelphia brand)
100g castor sugar
150g double cream
4 egg yolk
90g plain flour add in 30g sifted corn flour
Cake B
4 egg white
80g castor sugar
Method:
Preheat oven at 150 deg C.
Cake A
Beat cream cheese till smooth, add in sugar n beat till fluffy. Add double cream n beat till smooth. Add in egg yolk n mix well. Fold in sifted flour. Put aside.
Cake B
Whisk egg white till frothy, add sugar n whisk till stiff.
Mix A n B together n pour into pan. Put pan in a larger pan half filled w hot water. Bake at 150C for 1 hour or till golden brown n cooked.
Let cake cooled by turning off oven n opening oven door. Do not remove cake from oven before cooled as cake will cracked.
