Cake:
8 eggs
226 gm sugar
226 gm flour
2 tbsp. cornflour
2 tbsp. ovalette
150 gm pure coconut milk
1/2 tsp. bi-soda
1/2 tsp. pandan ess. or 1 tbsp. pandan juice
1 tsp. green colouring
1 tsp. baking powder
Beat all at high speed and bake 45-50 mins.
Cool the cake.
Topping:
170 gm pure coconut milk
170 gm sugar
20 oz water
8 tbsp. green pea flour
1 tsp. green colour
Mix together and cook over low heat.
Pour over cake and cool till set.
