Ingrediants:
300gm Marie biscuits -break into quarters
6 eggs
250g butter
1 cup of milo
1/2 of cup nestum
3 tablespoons of cocoa powder
1 can of condensed milk
2 cans of warm water - use the milk can to measure the water
1 cup of sugar
Method:
1) Whisk eggs till creamy and set it aside.
2) Mix butter, milo, nestum, cocoa, milk and water in a saucepan. Add in the egg.
3) Place the pan over a low fire, keep stirring till mixture thicken.
4) Remove from heat, add the biscuits and thoroughly coat them with the mixture.
5) Line 9"X9"X3" baking pan with aluminium foil and grease with butter. Pour mixture into the baking pan and press till even.
6) Leave in the fridge for 3 hours before cutting the cake.
