1kg of Meat(up to u..beef...mutton....lamb...chicken...)..cut up in watever cut u want...can be small...can be big...can be fine...
400g Onions
200g tomatos
5 cloves garlic
some ginger
5 parts garam masala
5 parts chili powder
1 parts tumeric powder
The curry paste
mix tumeric, cili powder and garam masala together with some warm water...till it gets pasty
1.Blend onions, garlic and ginger together
2.Blend tomatos...
3.Heat oil in saucepan..
4.Put blended onion mix in saucepan...stir till it turns golden...
5. Add blended tomatos....stir till u smell tanginess...mix the curry paste in it and add 2 teaspoons of salt
6.shut off heat...
7.Heat oil in a heavy-bottomed pot
8.Put meat in pot...stir for 6 mins so it wont stick to the bottom...
9.Add sauce made earlier and stir occasionally for abt 40-60mins...
texture of dish is pasty....u can add half a glass of water if u want while letting the contents of the pot simmer
u can even add carrots or potatos...
curry paste would be up to ure liking...if u want it to be more chili-spicy..add more chilli powder to the mix...if u want it to be more curry-spicy...add more garam masala to the mix....very trial and error one..
